Job Summary
Currently seeking a Senior Technician/Service Technician for equipment maintenance responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining ATMs and POS devices. Candidates must have experience in customer-focused technical support, manage intervention and preventive maintenance tasks, and effectively communicate with clients. A background in electrical/computer engineering and experience with electronic equipment maintenance are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and communicate in English, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in electrical/computer engineering
- Experience in maintaining electrical equipment, computers, and electromechanical devices
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- High level of professionalism, knowledge, and understanding of customer service
- Flexibility to work in various schedules
- Good communication and teamwork skills and knowledge of English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ATM and POS products and experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage
- Basic IT knowledge
- Active driver’s license category B
