Job Summary
Senior Technology Transactions Attorney to support drafting, review, and negotiation of technology agreements across GlobalFoundries’ product lines, with emphasis on processor IP and the fabless/semi foundry ecosystem. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising IP outlicense and related schedules; negotiating terms such as usage rights, warranty, indemnity, and support provisions; handling procurement, development and license agreements related to process technology, custom silicon, EDA tools, design IP, and software. Requires at least 5 years of legal experience in technology transactions within the fabless semiconductor sector, deep IP understanding, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes foundry services interactions and a technical degree relevant to semiconductor manufacturing or design.
Required Qualifications
- Legal degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. institution or LLM from a U.S. institution with a non-U.S. degree equivalent to a J.D.
