Senior Technology Training Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and deliver hands-on, instructor-led training programs for proprietary court software and advanced off-the-shelf applications like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Create technical documentation, video tutorials, and interactive learning modules using Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Vyond. Manage training projects from initiation to completion while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining clear communication with the Contract Manager regarding status updates. Identify user-defined technical challenges and implement effective solutions with internal and external Subject Matter Experts. Work hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) in Annapolis, MD, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technology training experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years as a technology trainer specializing in proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software
- 3+ years developing technical documentation and instructional materials
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar training development software
- Strong time management, multi-tasking abilities, and structured training methodologies
