Job Summary
Proactively engage with key stakeholders to surface requirements and user experience, then develop flexible and innovative training solutions. Manage scheduling, LMS updates, and intranet administration while delivering high-standard in-person and remote training globally. Mentor junior team members in training delivery and course design, and develop written collateral including manuals and handouts with exceptional grammatical accuracy. Keep abreast of emerging training research and instructional theories to support effective technology adoption. This role supports the Digital Data Foundation's technology solutions and projects with minimal supervision, utilizing blended approaches to drive adoption across legal and professional services environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education
- 3-4 years+ equivalent experience in a large corporate training environment
- Training Specific Professional Affiliation (e.g., CoLF)
- Ability to work consultatively with lawyers/clients to evaluate problems and seize competitive opportunities
- Experience of delivering a range of training courses in standard applications such as Windows, MS Office, and legal applications such as iManage, Dynamics CRM, Intapp Time, etc.
- Experience of creating engaging eLearning across a range of different platforms
- SME in developing adult learning strategies (Instructional Technology, Instructional Systems Design, Education or Learning Theories)
