Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs and large-scale InfoSec initiatives. Build and manage program roadmaps; translate business requirements into actionable plans; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams; work with geographically distributed teams including offshore teams and third-party vendors. Establish and improve project management processes and best practices; manage multiple high-impact, complex projects; drive delivery excellence with focus on quality, timelines, and outcomes. Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Lead and mentor project managers to maintain high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area
- 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
