Senior Technology Manager - Network Automation

Job Summary
Build and manage teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees to address feedback. Facilitate performance and career development through reviews, coaching, and individual development plans. Manage solution delivery and application performance in production, ensuring compliance with risk, financial, and regulatory policies. Create technology strategy for the technical domain and advocate modern Agile delivery practices. Manage relationships with business and technology partners and lead Communities of Practice. Accountable for team resource and financial management. 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years Experience in managing software development teams for regulated industries (financial services, healthcare etc.)
- Passionate about transforming infrastructure delivery though use of AI
- Experience in Product Ownership, Software Engineering, AI and Network Infrastructure
- Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing technology teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and growth
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent, including providing ongoing feedback, career guidance, and performance development
- Strong leadership skills with accountability for team outcomes, delivery execution, and people management responsibilities
- Experience defining and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, enabling effective oversight and guidance of technical teams
- Ability to ensure technology solutions comply with enterprise standards, including security, risk, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment
- Strong advocacy for and experience with Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- 40 Hours Per Week
