Job Summary
Build and lead a team to deliver technology products and services aligned with business outcomes. Develop a technology strategy for your technical domain while ensuring solutions comply with applicable standards and enterprise data management requirements. Advocate and advance modern Agile solution delivery practices, championing great design, engineering, and organizational practices. Manage solution delivery and application performance in production, prioritizing tech debt, security, compliance, and audit readiness. Accountable for resource planning, financial management, and talent acquisition, including coaching, mentoring, and facilitating performance reviews. Manage relationships with business leaders, technology partners, and vendors to ensure execution aligns with product strategy.
