Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations using methods such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connector, and Web Services, including REST/SOAP/WSDL. Manage integration development, testing, and production support; lead design/requirements sessions; work on PECI/PICOF payroll integrations and middleware integrations; ensure deep expertise across Workday HCM and related FIN modules, security, and business processes. Strong hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, I-Loads, XSLT, BIRT reports, and migration tools; provide tier-1 production support and issue resolution. Equal opportunity employer in India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of Workday experience
- Workday integrations experience
- Lead design/requirements sessions
- Hands-on with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connector, Web Services, REST/SOAP/WSDL
- Experience in Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF)
- Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and FIN modules preferred
- Strong integration experience and ability to lead and test complex integrations
- Experience with Cloud connectors, DT, WD Studios, BIRT, XML and XSLT
- Ability to provide production support and resolve incidents
