Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations using methods such as EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Core Connector, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL); provide incident resolution and production support; apply expertise across HR and Payroll processes, integration patterns, and middleware; collaborate with clients to design integration solutions, conduct requirements sessions, and deliver complex Workday integrations and reports; possess hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, I-Loads/I-Load helper migrations, and advanced reporting (BIRT) to support both FIN and HCM requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of Workday experience
- At least 2+ full implementations in Workday integrations
- Lead design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations
- Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connector, Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), RaaS
- Functional experience in Workday HCM modules; understanding of HCM and FIN modules preferred
- Ability to resolve integration issues with in-depth Workday expertise; lead design/requirements sessions
- Hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services, custom fields, calculated fields, advanced reports (BIRT), XML and XSLT
- Experience in Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware integrations; knowledge of Workday configuration migration (I-Loads)
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG
- Ability to provide production support and incident resolution
- Experience in building reports (Advance, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and switching between FIN & HCM requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Workday capabilities and configurations
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and best practices
- Desirable Workday Integration Certification
