Job Summary
Lead the adoption and implementation of high-performance computing and AI-ready cloud platforms to accelerate geospatial, scientific, and environmental modeling workflows for the Department of Interior's CHS III program. Serve as an Innovation Lead driving the deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML tools such as Amazon Bedrock and Q Developer to enable first-of-kind pilot workloads at scale. Identify and remove organizational barriers across people, operations, security, and network to streamline delivery cycles from months to weeks. Architect and deliver FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST-compliant cloud infrastructure solutions while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and security teams. Brief and advise senior government leadership on technology strategy, modernization roadmaps, and emerging AI capabilities. Develop technology roadmaps aligning cloud and AI capabilities with agency mission priorities.
