Job Summary
Senior Technological Site Supervisor with expertise in power supply overseeing construction/installation activities in downtown Toronto; responsibilities include supporting the Construction Manager, enforcing HS&E compliance, ensuring subcontractor documentation (Work Methods, Site Specific Work Plans, Activity Hazard Analyses) is prepared and approved, maintaining subcontractor progress records, providing weekly progress reports, identifying risks and supporting mitigation actions, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain coherent 2- and 4-week look-ahead plans, tracking NCRs/RFIs, monitoring site materials, and ensuring constructible designs are available within required timeframes. Requires 8-10 years of supervisory experience in construction/installation projects with a technical background in electrical wiring/power supply, and proficiency in English; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background is preferred (Ontario P.Eng is nice to have).
