Job Summary
Senior Technician role split into two parts: Customer Service Assistant and Pin Technician. Customer Service Assistant duties include handling reception bookings, answering customer questions, engaging with guests, hosting parties, keeping the centre clean, and serving food/drinks. Pin Technician duties include maintenance of bowling equipment and lanes, preventative maintenance, basic building maintenance, timely repairs, and supporting a positive team atmosphere. Requires confidence, energy, patience, strong customer service and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. 18+ due to safety with heavy machinery; training provided.
