Senior Technician

Senior Technician role within Severn Trent's Potable Tanks Enabling Team. Based at Minworth STW, reporting to the PTT Enabling Manager, responsible for leading day-to-day operations of water network interventions, deploying and operating equipment to deliver end-to-end interventions, liaising with project engineers/managers, and supervising technicians to ensure complex interventions proceed safely and efficiently. You will work with towable generators, booster trailers, LBCs, HGVs, valve release equipment and confined spaces equipment, coordinating with internal and external water experts to deliver temporary network solutions using specialist techniques. Strong leadership, practical knowledge of water distribution networks, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management are required. The role emphasizes delivering efficient solutions for customers and may involve development opportunities within the Enabling team.
