Job Summary
Optimize and enhance production line equipment performance while documenting machinery functionality and creating troubleshooting manuals. Assist in installing new machinery, validating processes, and managing spare parts procurement and inventory. Conduct regular assessments of technological equipment to maintain or improve processes, and contribute to preventive maintenance plans and assembly line design. Propose activities to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and work instructions. Develop training materials to implement autonomous support initiatives and provide instruction to production staff. Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and engage in ongoing skill development.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education or relevant work experience
- demonstrated history in equipment maintenance
- Good working level of English language
- MS Office suite
- Knowledge of machinery functionality and maintenance requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings
