Job Summary
Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair Caterpillar® heavy equipment at customer job sites using specialized tools and diagnostic software like Cat Electronic Technician. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime while maintaining accurate service records and inspection documentation. Work independently from a fully equipped service truck, applying mechanical skills to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at every job site while communicating repair plans professionally with customers and service teams.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience
- ten year's heavy equipment industry experience
- equivalent education and experience
