Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, and hydraulics on heavy machinery at a Caterpillar dealership in Lancaster, CA. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including field service and equipment maintenance. Requires minimum five years of heavy machinery experience and ability to successfully complete a background check. Starting wage ranges from $35.88 to $57.50 based on experience and education. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, profit sharing, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to diagnose, repair and troubleshoot engines, transmission and hydraulics
- Minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery
- Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience
- ten year's heavy equipment industry experience
