Job Summary
Oversee field projects, program systems, activate and commission installations, and service high-end integrated security devices. Manage enterprise-level access control and video management systems while troubleshooting network issues and adhering to local electronic security codes. Work independently in chemical plant environments with minimal supervision, utilizing AutoCAD and MS Project for design and planning. Requires 5+ years of installation experience, vendor certifications, and TWIC cardholder status. Extensive weekly travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of installation experience in security industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining enterprise-level access control systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining enterprise-level video management systems
- Networking and IT knowledge
- Superior problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarization with local electronic security codes and industry standards
- Understanding and ability to work safely in a chemical plant environment
- Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project and other Microsoft products
- Extensive weekly travel
Desired Qualifications
- Access Control System Vendor Certifications in Software House, Genetec, ProWatch and/or Lenel
- Video Management System Vendor Certifications in Genetec, OnSSI, MaxPro, Avigilon, and/or Milestone
- Experience in computer operating systems, network design and implementation
- TWIC Cardholder
