Job Summary
Senior Technician I (Maintenance) at Sanofi Modulus Singapore facility responsible for supporting operation, maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of clean utilities, black utilities, and single-use manufacturing equipment within the Modulus project. Ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and HSE requirements to support uninterrupted manufacturing. Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance on clean/black utility systems and single-use equipment (e.g., bioreactors, UFDF, autoclaves) and maintains valve systems (PSV, GEMU, control, pinch, butterfly, check valves). Supports startup/qualification activities, HAZOP/HAZID/FMEA, SOP development, CMMS setup, and CAPA. Coordinates contractors and cross-functional teams; collaborates with engineering, production, QA, and regulatory to optimize reliability and performance. Role based in Tuas South, Singapore with a 12-hour day/night shift. Emphasizes safety, GMP/GDP compliance, and continuous improvement; promotes training and knowledge sharing within the maintenance team.
Required Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in utility systems and single-use equipment operation and maintenance
