Job Summary
Maintain and repair facility refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial skills, hand tools, and digital work order management systems. Diagnose issues through inspection and testing, responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls. Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations while operating safely at heights and lifting up to 75 pounds. Requires 10 years of commercial refrigeration experience, large-scale rack expertise, and EPA Type I/II certification. Valid driver's license and age 18 or older with a high school diploma are mandatory. Earn $26.00–$51.00/hr with bonus incentives available.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
- Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
- Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
- Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
