Job Summary
Senior Technician in Utah Lehi campus Facilities Maintenance responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting building systems and equipment. Performs preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations; supports safety, code compliance, and guest experience; utilizes CMMS and mobile technology to manage work orders and parts usage; assists with facility improvements, construction, renovations, and event setups; leads or collaborates on multiple work orders with emphasis on timely, cost-effective solutions; skilled across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and related trades; requires problem-solving, tool proficiency, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety; requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, background check, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Most Sundays off and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in facility maintenance, construction, building systems, or related trades
- Strong experience with multiple maintenance disciplines (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, or general construction)
- Experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and complete repairs independently
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to source and identify compatible parts and materials for repairs
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork and guest service
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Trade school, apprenticeship, certifications, or specialized training preferred
