Job Summary
Senior Technician in Downstream / Buffer Preparation responsible for planning and executing selected steps in protein purification production within a cGMP environment. Activities include daily production tasks, batch documentation, onboarding and training of new technicians, adherence to GMP, MPRs and approved procedures, contributing to continuous improvement, supporting daily production planning, troubleshooting production challenges, and working independently on routine and ad hoc assignments. The role operates in a 24/7 shift-based downstream production facility with collaboration across QA, QC, and Manufacturing Support, leveraging chromatography experience (e.g., ÄKTA systems), LEAN/5S, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance in a global biopharmaceutical setting (Copenhagen, Denmark).
