Job Summary
Execute the daily operation plan by partnering with the plant supervisor, engaging with the HMI to troubleshoot system issues, and ensuring accurate titration during clean-in-place procedures for Biosis, MBR, and decanter operations. Perform daily plant reporting, maintain equipment through maintenance and repair, and lead safety initiatives including LOTO, fall prevention, and confined space protocols. Respond promptly to alarms, abnormal conditions, spills, and equipment failures while escalating emergencies as needed. Cross-train to support all processing positions on the plant floor and ensure rigorous execution of sanitation tasks.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1-3 years Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or Auto Mechanic experience
- Forklift experience required
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in English
- Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills
- Willing to work overtime
- HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2 year Technical Degree, Associate's degree, or Military background is a plus
- 1-3 years in a Leadership role preferred
