Job Summary
Senior Technician who repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots cranes and industrial hoists in field settings; provides on-call and after-hours service, leads field technicians, mentors peers, conducts OSHA-based inspections, generates inspection reports and repair orders, and communicates with Service/Branch Managers and customers to schedule and complete work; must be capable of lifting heavy objects, traveling to customer sites, and working in a safety-first environment with varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of crane repair & maintenance experience
- At least 3-4 years electrical and/or mechanical experience in lieu of crane repair & maintenance experience
- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to work off the ground at various heights
- Must have basic computer skills to work with web-based crane inspection programs
- Must be able to communicate well with others and work independently or as a team
- Knowledge of hand tools and/or possess hand tools
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks (DISA) and submit to random and annual drug testing as required.
