Job Summary
Senior Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, communicates with Parts Department and Service Advisors, diagnoses causes, conducts multi-point inspections, documents work, maintains an inventory of standard tools, stays current with factory technical bulletins and participates in training, and delivers an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
- Attention to detail
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
