Senior Technician-Asset Management

Senior Technician-Asset Management oversees the lifecycle of physical and digital assets, including tracking, maintenance, compliance, and disposal. Provides IT Asset Management services across provisioning and logistics, supports process provisioning requests (new hire, replacement, refresh), maintains CIT Asset Management CMDB lite asset and employee tables, validates provisioning guides, maintains Procurement Master data, plans and executes end-of-life client equipment refresh, and contributes to inventory management, PC repairs, mobile services requests, software management (licensing audits and license reclamation), and end-user technology forecasting and capacity management. The role requires baseline security clearance, asset management experience, and strong coordination skills, with preference for Australian Government or regulated-environments experience and Australian drivers license.
