Own documentation planning for assigned product areas, managing priorities, stakeholder reviews, timelines, and release readiness. Create clear, customer-facing documentation that translates complex product functionality into intuitive guidance for clinical, operational, and administrative users. Develop release notes, product guides, and enablement materials that support successful product launches and customer adoption. Lead documentation audits and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure content quality, usability, and long-term maintainability.

  • Ability to align with Eastern Time working hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working within healthcare technology, clinical workflows, care management, or other regulated industries
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation workflows, including drafting content, summarizing technical information, identifying consistency issues, and streamlining review processes
  • Experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption and product guidance platforms
