Job Summary
Senior Technical Writer at Fiserv responsible for translating complex product and service information into clear, structured content to help clients install, configure, and use solutions. Lead documentation efforts across workstreams, mentor junior writers, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts. Create modular content designed for reuse and AI-driven delivery, use AI tools to support writing while ensuring accuracy, and ensure content meets industry, regulatory, and accessibility standards. Requires 5+ years of technical writing experience in software/documentation, experience with tools like MadCap Flare, HTML, Word, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Snagit, Jira, Confluence, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. On-site location in Berkeley Heights, NJ with standard in-office hours; in-person collaboration emphasized. Sponsorship not available for visa holders.
Required Qualifications
