Job Summary
Senior Technical Writer (Developer Audience) needed to craft API and SDK documentation in collaboration with product engineering and distributed teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in English, technical communications, computer science, or a similar field)
- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer for a developer audience at an Agile software company
- Proven experience writing detailed, user-centric API and programming documentation in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Markdown or another markup language (HTML) and Swagger
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, Go, Python, Typescript) and OpenAPI
- Ability to work in US time zones (ideally Central Standard Time)
- A strong writing portfolio demonstrating some or all of these skills
- Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration with people at all levels of an organization
