Senior Technical Trainer - Poly

Design, develop, and deliver advanced technical training programs for internal employees, partners, and clients on audio and video conferencing technologies. Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including instructor-led sessions, webinars, and self-paced e-learning modules covering platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx. Conduct engaging training on advanced A/V setup, room systems, and soft client troubleshooting while maintaining deep subject matter expertise in Poly hardware and unified communications. Collaborate with IT and support departments to identify skill gaps and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and adoption analytics. Mentor junior trainers on instructional design best practices and partner with vendors to test new features and update curricula accordingly.
