Job Summary
Senior Technical Talent Recruiter based in Argentina for a full-time remote role. You will partner with Talent Leads to shape hiring strategy, design and execute advanced multi-channel sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through closing, ensure a stellar candidate experience, maintain accurate real-time candidate records in the ATS, and stay current on IT recruiting trends. The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency, 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (including US-based roles), 2+ years of remote work, 2+ years in staff augmentation, strong knowledge of IT roles and ATS usage, and a BS degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. You will be a brand ambassador for the company, contribute to building world-class technical teams, and collaborate as a team to staff openings efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality recruiting practices.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English Level
- 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter for US companies, owning the full life cycle of the recruiting process
- 2+ years of experience working remotely
- 2+ years of experience working for staff augmentation companies
- Proven and in-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill requirements
- 1+ years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bs. Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology or related fields
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a result-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices
- Excellent and proactive communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Ability to manage unexpected situations and recover fast
