Job Summary
Conduct Level 2 technical support for Microsoft products within an expanding MSP, managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows Server, Exchange, and Endpoint Manager/Intune. Support Azure, SharePoint, and VMware environments while delivering excellent client communication with clear English. Based in or near North Dublin with legal right to work in Ireland, you will work on client projects with opportunities to study for Microsoft certifications and attend training. During probation, attend the office five days per week, transitioning to flexible WFH arrangements thereafter.
Required Qualifications
- Proven IT experience supporting Microsoft products within an MSP
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Sharepoint
- VMware
- Windows 11
- Excellent client communication skills with good clear English
- Level 2 IT Engineer
- Based in or close to Dublin
- Legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport, or the correct visa/work permit
- In the office 5 days per week during probation
