Job Summary
Conduct Level 2 technical support for Microsoft products including Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, Exchange, and VMware environments. Manage Windows 7-10 systems and assist with Azure, cloud, and security projects for expanding Microsoft MSP clients in North Dublin. Deliver excellent client communication with clear English while balancing on-site and remote work days. Candidates must have 5+ years of IT experience, valid Irish work status, and be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years IT experience supporting Microsoft products
- Active Directory
- Office 365 Administration
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Level 2 IT Engineer
- based in or close to Dublin
- legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport, or the correct visa/work permit
- Excellent client communication skills with good clear English
