Job Summary

Senior Technical Support Engineer at Pega, responsible for end-to-end client support, incident management (Severity 1), and troubleshooting across channels. You will analyze logs, identify root causes, maintain case tracking with SLAs, deliver client-focused solutions, and contribute to documentation. The role requires strong Java-based skills (Java, OOPs) and frontend tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React), familiarity with frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS), and the ability to work in a fast-changing AI-enabled environment with on-call weekend coverage. Preference given to candidates with Pega certifications (CSA/CSSA) and a track record of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Pega product support, development, or troubleshooting
  • Strong programming fundamentals: Java, OOPs, data structures, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React
  • Experience with frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, AngularJS; debugging across mobile, accessibility, and cross-browser environments a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn Pega platform and BPM concepts; relevant Pega certifications (CSA and CSSA) advantageous
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in teams
