Senior Technical Success Manager

Job Summary
Drive adoption and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise customers across their Application Security workflows. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in engineering and security teams to support adoption and retention. Deliver structured onboarding programs that help customers achieve security program goals using Snyk's suite of products. Advocate internally for customer needs by partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to flag risks and inform roadmap feedback. Prepare and facilitate business review meetings, using data to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities. Coordinate internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and resolve technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience working closely with technical customers within the Enterprise space in UK/I or EMEA
- Strong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code)
- Experience supporting technical or engineering initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and business case skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to facilitate discussions
- Ability to handle objections
- Ability to influence stakeholders from end-users to managers
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
