Senior Technical Specialist Cloud Engineer

Senior Cloud Engineer responsible for defining hosting strategies and solutions leveraging enterprise and cloud environments that align with business objectives; deploy world-class technology and streamlined processes to enhance the global Digital Technology environment; coordinate and report operational metrics (weekly/monthly/quarterly); identify trends and opportunities to improve processes; manage issues and conflicts with partners; establish professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors; identify training requirements and implement programs to ensure operational readiness; stay current on industry regulations, trends, and technology; demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills across a global, multi-cultural team; strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms, ITIL/ITSM, and automation for infrastructure, database, and networking tasks; experience with managed service provider models and enterprise IT operations.
