Utilize Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to uncover passive and active technical candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years in technical sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles
- Understanding of modern technology stacks
- Understanding of hardware development processes
- Understanding of technical skill sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness
