Job Summary
Prepare technical proposals and reports for clients while advising on catalyst optimization and operation. Support troubleshooting cases and supervise catalyst loading and unit start-up. Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and technical meetings alongside bid process support during technical-sales meetings. Use proprietary models to analyze catalyst performance, unit operation, and predict future replacements. Travel up to 60-90 days per year for on-site jobs and client visits with Account Managers. Requires relocation to Houston, TX, with no sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- fundamentals knowledge on hydroprocessing units
- familiar with the operation of hydroprocessing units
- full-time hybrid role
- located in Houston, TX
- Candidate has to be relocated in Houston area
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Refinery experience, specifically in hydroprocessing applications
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering
- Data analytic oriented
- Good proficiency on Excel
- Have flair for troubleshooting
- Flexibility to travel within North America and occasionally outside North America up to 60-90 days per year
- Have a flexible and solution-oriented
- Demonstrate initiative as well as technical flair

- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills and thrive in cross-cultural contexts
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
