Senior Technical Sales Enablement Manager

Job Summary
Senior Technical Sales Enablement Manager to design, build, and scale technical enablement programs across Solutions Engineering (SE), Technical Account Management (TAM), and the broader GTM organization. Leads end-to-end program delivery, onboarding for SEs and TAMs, and cross-functional partnerships with Product and Marketing to support product launches. Develops high-quality content in the LMS, measures impact using performance data, and drives ramp-time improvements and GTM effectiveness. Remote-first position with US/CA locations; does not offer visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment in a technical, pre-sales, or technical enablement role
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable technical training programs
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and executing on tight timelines
- Strong ownership mindset
- Confident in communicating with and presenting to senior leadership, backed by data and field insight
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management systems
- Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles and value-based or consultative selling methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
