Job Summary
Senior Technical Revenue Enablement Manager to own and manage enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers. Design, implement, and manage enablement programs to enable technical sales discussions, customer demos, and successful proofs of value. Lead onboarding evolution for SEs and CSEs, provide comprehensive enablement on storage/analysis solutions, licensing, sizing, pricing, and competitive positioning. Develop and deliver workshops and content to support technical discovery, collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement leadership to align launches with enablement initiatives, identify knowledge gaps, and implement targeted training. Leverage AI tools for program development, lab development, and just-in-time enablement. Works in a remote-first environment across time zones with occasional after-hours duties.
