Manage contractor efforts for Property Accountability Services at NUWCDIVNPT warehouse facilities, serving as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Responsibilities include overseeing contract management, personnel management, quality and documentation verification, and operations oversight. The position demands resolving operational issues, conducting inspections, ensuring warehouse compliance, and implementing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years in a related field
- A four-year (4) degree in a business, logistics, or related field
- Eight (8) or more years of experience may substitute for the degree
Desired Qualifications
- Navy ERP/SAP warehouse management experience
- DoD contract management experience
- SUBSAFE/LEVEL I/DSS-SOC program familiarity
- MILSTRIP, NAVSEA Warehouse Process Guide knowledge
- Experience with Government property accountability
