Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiting Manager leading and coaching a team focused on AI/ML, specialized tech, and engineering leadership hiring. Partner with Engineering to translate hiring needs into sourcing and assessment strategies; drive process quality, calibration, and offer strategy; contribute to onboarding and partnering with Recruiting Ops, Comp, and Finance on headcount planning and tooling. Based in Seattle in a hybrid role with three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) and up to four weeks remote; responsible for end-to-end health of the function's pipeline, developer-level staffing, and leadership-level recruiting, while developing recruiters and delivering measurable pipeline and time-to-fill improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
- 2+ years of people management experience leading technical recruiting teams
- Demonstrated experience hiring for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, Infrastructure, Platform, Security, or similar)
- Track record of developing recruiters — giving direct feedback, running 1:1s, and building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data and translating it into action
- Experience as a strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving org
