Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized technical roles, predominantly in aerospace-related engineering. Build and maintain talent pipelines, source passive candidates through advanced techniques, partner with hiring teams to define profiles and improve selection, assessment, and compensation offers, and provide market insights to shape recruiting strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain compliant and well-documented processes, and contribute to recruitment metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of recruiting experience with 4+ years in technical recruiting, and comfort working in-office in Greenwood Village, CO. Proficiency with ATS; Dayforce experience a plus; aerospace recruiting experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- 4+ years of recruiting for technical roles (Software, mechanical, or electrical engineers)
- Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies including engaging passive candidates
- Strong ability to build relationships and maintain talent pipelines
- Analytic skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Dayforce is a plus
- Willingness to work full-time in office in Greenwood Village, CO
