Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter, Security at Harvey leads end-to-end hiring across security disciplines (application security, infrastructure security, detection and response, governance, risk, and compliance, and security leadership). Owns pipeline development, sourcing playbooks, and hiring-manager partnerships to attract and close security talent for a fast-growing AI/tech company. Responsibilities include partnering with security leadership to understand team structure and role requirements, building high-quality security talent pipelines, developing market-specific sourcing strategies (including participation in conferences such as Black Hat, DEF CON, and BSides), advising on market dynamics and compensation, designing rigorous interview processes, maintaining data integrity in Ashby, and serving as a subject-matter resource for the broader recruiting team. Requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with 3–4 years in security, deep familiarity with the security talent market, a track record of closing security hires at growth-stage tech/AI companies, and a data-driven, process-built mindset. Required Qualifications

- 3–4 years focused on security roles (AppSec, infrastructure security, detection and response, GRC, or security engineering)
- Proven track record closing security hires at a fast-growing tech or AI company
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical hiring managers and security leadership
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building process from scratch
- Low ego, high ownership
- Fluency in data and metrics; you use pipeline health to drive decisions
- Genuine curiosity about the security space and ability to speak credibly about Harvey’s building
