Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering leadership and drive technical hiring for software, ML/AI, and engineering leadership roles. You will develop comprehensive recruiting strategies, source top-tier talent through advanced techniques and community engagement, manage end-to-end interview processes (including coding assessments and system design evaluations), and provide market insights to hiring managers. The role requires in-person collaboration with proximity to the SF office (commutable) with Tuesdays/Thursdays in-office and an additional flexible day, plus remote/hybrid options. Candidates should have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, a proven track record across diverse engineering roles, and a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to recruiting, candidate experience, and stakeholder management.
