Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter for Beacon AI’s Murdock program in-cockpit AI, focusing on engineering roles (iOS, machine learning, robotics, autonomy) in safety-critical environments. Own technical hiring strategy and execution across Murdock, partnering with engineering leadership to refine role requirements, calibrate candidates, and drive hiring decisions. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and building an intentional candidate pipeline; synthesizing interview feedback; establishing fair, repeatable processes; and collaborating with recruiting operations to optimize workflows and candidate experiences. Desired background includes experience recruiting for robotics, aerospace, or defense, and a track record of hiring product engineering talent with reliability and ownership. Bonus points for prior founding/early recruiting experience, ATS experience (Ashby), and familiarity with iOS, robotics, autonomy, embedded, or other safety-critical profiles; interest in aviation or mission-critical software systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- experience sourcing and evaluating technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- ability to source and evaluate high-quality technical candidates across experience levels
- experience recruiting for product engineering roles where reliability, ownership, and product judgment matter
- strong relationship-building skills and comfort with influencing senior stakeholders
