Job Summary
Conduct high-volume full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping while acting as a subject matter expert in prospecting, data extraction, and process automation. Drive hiring strategy by collaborating with Mission Readiness leaders to define needs, influence process improvements, and build talent maps that inform engagement strategies. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals to secure top-tier talent for Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering roles. Manage diverse pipelines, maintain high interview-to-offer conversion ratios, and represent the company brand internally and externally. This 6-month contract in Costa Mesa, CA, offers conversion potential to full-time employment with a salary range of $60–$75 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top tier talent
- Experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on hiring/talent strategies
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices
- Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences
- Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organization
- Experience managing various high-volume pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process
- Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable
