Job Summary
Conduct high-volume full-cycle recruiting for logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering roles while acting as a subject matter expert in prospecting, data extraction, and process automation. Own and drive hiring strategy by collaborating with Mission Readiness and Global Logistics leaders to define needs, influence process improvements, and build talent maps that generate market insights. Execute source campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals to engage passive candidates, ensuring diverse representation and a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Represent the company brand internally and externally while leveraging cross-functional partners to sell the value proposition and impact hiring practices. This 6-month contract in Costa Mesa, CA, offers conversion to full-time based on performance and business need.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top tier talent
- Experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on hiring/talent strategies
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices
- Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences
- Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organization
- Experience managing various high-volume pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process
- Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable
