Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across Engineering, Data, and Product. Influence the recruitment funnel by delivering quality assessments and a high-touch candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to define target profiles and drive sourcing initiatives. Lead the scaling of sourcing capabilities to build diverse talent pipelines, maintaining accurate documentation in Greenhouse to enable meaningful reporting and data integrity. Report to the Director of Technical Recruiting within a mission-driven team transforming the U.S. healthcare system using proprietary clinical metrics and AI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines
- Developing effective top-of-funnel strategies
- Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
- Strong relationship builder
- Consultative recruiting mindset
- Comfortable with remote work
- Must be available for NYC or remote work
