Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and business roles at Fortastra. Develop sourcing strategies, build and maintain candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans, conduct screenings, manage interview scheduling and candidate communications, and drive an exceptional candidate experience. Provide regular pipeline updates, assist with offers, and help improve recruiting processes and systems as the company grows. Requires 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, experience recruiting engineers/technical professionals in aerospace/defense/software/robotics/autonomy, strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter/referrals/networking/direct outreach, experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, and ability to operate in a high-accountability startup environment. On-site role; US citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting engineers and technical professionals in aerospace, defense, software, robotics, autonomy, or related industries
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical positions
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
- Ability to operate effectively in high-accountability startup environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience
- On-site role (no remote or hybrid arrangements)
- U.S. Citizenship required
