Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter at Faraday Future leads full-cycle recruitment for AI-Robotics and technical teams, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to craft compelling job postings, source diverse talent, coordinate interviews, and manage immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, TN, green card). Role is 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA, with emphasis on building strong candidate experiences, staying compliant with employment laws, and driving scalable talent acquisition globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (agency and in-house)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes and visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, blockchain, backend/frontend, data, and platform roles
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance for recruiting
- Ability to train hiring managers on best practices
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills
- Collaboration with legal and HR teams on immigration processes
- Passion for technology and emerging trends in AI and decentralized systems
- Diversity and inclusion sourcing experience
- Experience with onboarding and integration of new hires
- Proactive sourcing and pipeline development
- Interview coordination and feedback synthesis
- Maintain ATS data accuracy and recruiting metrics
